By using the EonsConnect application (the "App"), developed, owned, and operated by Nexteons Technologies LLP ("we", "our", "us","Nexteons" or the "Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
This service is provided to facilitate communication and business management using WhatsApp and Instagram platforms. It is intended strictly for lawful communication and business purposes in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Policies. You are responsible for ensuring that all messaging activities comply with local laws, WhatsApp business policies, and Instagram community standards.
You agree not to misuse the platform. Misuse includes, but is not limited to: sending spam or unsolicited marketing communications, harassment, distribution of malicious software, or engaging in illegal activities. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from recipients before sending messages.
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee constant availability. Access to the App may be suspended or restricted occasionally to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services.
Nexteons and its officers, employees, or partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this service, including any data loss, service interruption, or business impact.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the service, other users, or violates Meta policies. You retain the right to terminate your usage and permanently wipe your account and organizational data at any time via the self-serve deletion mechanism in the dashboard, in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.
